OUR VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT ARE HEAVY AND OUR PRODUCTS ARE HEAVY. THE MOFFETT ITSELF WILL WEIGH 7000 POUNDS PLUS THE WEIGHT OF THE MATERIAL. THE TIRES ON THE MOFFETT ARE DESIGNED FOR OFF-ROAD USE BUT CAN BE USED FOR RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES. BUT KEEP IN MIND THAT THE TIRES ARE AGGRESSIVE AND THE MACHINE IS HEAVY AND WILL RUT UP YOUR YARD AND WILL MARK UP YOUR DRIVEWAY WHICH NORMALLY WILL WEAR OFF THE DRIVEWAY AFTER A FEW RAINS OR USING A PRESSURE WASHER. VISIONS LANDSCAPE SUPPLY, ROCKY RIVER MATERIALS AND PRIVETTE ENTERPRISES CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO EXISTING DRIVEWAY SURFACES WHEN REQUESTED TO DELIVER MATERIALS TO THAT SURFACE. WE ALSO CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE WHEN ASKED TO DRIVE BEYOND THE PAVED SURFACE WHEN REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER. WE WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO DELIVER THE MATERIALS WITH CARE AND MINIMIZE DISRUPTION OF THE SURFACE. I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE GUIDELINES NECESSARY TO MAKE A SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH THIS DOCUMENT PLEASE STOP AND CALL OUR OFFICE TO ARRANGE PICKING UP THE MATERIAL. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY OF DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. THE PURCHASER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO DRIVEWAYS, SIDEWALKS, FENCES, STRUCTURES, UTILITIES, IRRIGATION, STRIP DRAINS, GUTTER, LANDSCAPING OR OTHER ITEMS ON THE PROPERTY. IF THE DELIVERY DRIVER BECOMES UNABLE TO MANEUVER THE COMPANY TRUCK/EQUIPMENT OFF THE PROPERTY A MINIMUM OF $450.00 PLUS ALL OTHER UNDETERMINED FEES ASSOCIATED WITH REMOVAL OF THE TRUCK / EQUIPMENT. THESE FEES WILL BE ASSESSED TO THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY.
